We bring lived experience, policy expertise, and a deep commitment to anti-racist, trauma-informed, gender-equitable practice into work that transforms the systems shaping our communities.

Systems change requires more than good intentions. It requires the perspective of people who have navigated those systems firsthand, who know the difference between what sounds good on paper and what actually changes lives.
Monarch Social Impact Solutions (MSIS) was founded on that premise. MSIS specializes in criminal legal systems change and brings that same lived-experience lens to anti-racist, equity-centered public policy across issue areas. We serve community groups, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and funders who are serious about building something better. We center the experiences of women and girls in everything we do.
